So, How do I compose my own Gym spells?

Welcome to Gladiator Magick lesson two! This is the intermediate to advanced section!

Here I'm going to go into the theology of creating your own gym magick spells. And of going a bit more into the background of it. Copied this from my Grimoire! And it should give you an idea of how to create your own gym magick spells.

A bit like like Yoga, gym magick works with the Chakras.

These are the main energy points worked with in Gym magick.

The centre of the chest upper Abs is a high energy point. And is often used for building up energy. For example if you're doing squat thrust. Thrusting the legs back and forth. As you're in push up position. That's an example of building up this energy.

Sit ups is a similar method. Abs can be used for manifesting. Also around the middle of your stomach does activate several of your main chakras. Including your heart chakra or root chakra.

If you're working a god or goddess of war. Like Aries or Thor. One way of just mentally connecting with them. Is through working your abs. The abs are linked to the element of fire.

Yet, on a similar level. Near your root chakra. Around your lower navel. And butt. That activates your sexual energy. And while working with that area it can bring healing to your sexual energy. And can be a way of bringing love your way.

This could be linked to a god or goddess of love and childbirth. Like Aphrodite or Eros. Or Freya. But could also be linked to Pan or the horned god. Because he's a god of fertility.

The front of the bicep is masculine. 'Around the front of the arms.'

And the tricep. 'Around the back of the arm is feminine'

So, if you want to tap into the masculine energy, work the bicep.

If you want to tap into feminine energy, work the Tricep.

The back. The upper back are good places to work. With connecting to the energy's linked with justice and divine order. And gods and goddess linked to justice could be channeled and worked with. By engaging the back.

I know this all sounds very complex all of a sudden. And there probably wouldn't really be many other of this concept out there. But I created this myself.


One way of seeing things in gym magick , to help you remember is imagining yourself like a tree standing upright. Above your head is the branches. And under your feet are the roots.

This is just an example. But In Shamanism they believe the upper parts of the tree is the upper worlds, the lower parts of the tree is the lower worlds. And the middle world is in the middle of the tree.

So, this is just a different way of seeing it.

Above your head. Think shoulder press with the dumbbells. Jumping, exercises that involve reaching upwards. Even involving burpies.

Even squats, to some extent. If you reach your hands up as you reach the top while doing a squat.

This works your third eye and crown chakra. So, it can help with psychic insight. Connecting with the element of air.

And help bring with bringing things into your life. Like good luck for instance. With a positive outcome. It could be seen as a way of stretching out your intention to the universe.

But also with connecting to gods like Zeus or Odin. Or gods linked to sky or thunder.

Yet below your feet. Squats or lunges count! But also burpies can do this.

That can be linked to bringing things out of your life. Or away from you. Whther that being negative energy or draining people. Sometimes to bring inner healing I work with legs. As that is directly linked to the lower world.

But the legs could also be linked to curses and binding magick.

The gods and goddess linked with the lower body are gods associated with the underworld or death. Like Hades, Thanatos, Demeter.

Or even Hel and Loki from norse. The upper part of the legs are associated with trickster spirits. While the lower part death or the underworld.

The energy's worked with in gym magick. Work a bit like the energies of Reiki. It's about attracting those energies your way. And it stands more chance of those energies manifesting in your life. And imagination can play a great role in doing that!

You don't need to speak intention aloud unless you feel like it. And even if you're older and not that fit, you can still do gym magick.

Again if you're doing gym magick. It's probably better to do it when no one else is around. Like just set aside some time in the morning after getting up or going out.

I normally do the exercise as hard and as fast as I can. And as many rounds as I can. I might do only one round, or I might do several rounds.

Then do stretches in-between. For example arm rotations. Or shoulder rotations. And as I breathe and get my breath back. This could be thought of as the recovery phase.

I see the stretches connect me to the divine feminine where I breathe. And the fitness round itself connects me to the divine masculine.

So, stretches and actual bodyweight itself are normally two of the cornerstones that make up my gym magick practice.

I know this sounds very complex all of a sudden.

But again, here's some exercises you can start practicing to grasp the basics-

Imagination-


Autumn meditation to banish negativity-

- First imagine yourself standing upwards like an autumn tree. Imagine the red or light brown leaves coming out from the top of your head and your hands. And imagine your feet are reaching deep down into the earth and then start doing squats. And imagine all the red, dark brown colours changing into a healthy light green as you pull up nutrients up from the earth. Up from your feet up right up into your body. As you keep doing squats, exchanging energy with the earth. Do as many squats as your intuition tells you to do. You can do it slow or as fast as you like. And then imagine the roots going back into your feet when you finish. And thank the earth for cleansing your energy and renewing you.

'You can mix the meditation up from here. You can imagine hearts sprouting from the branches in the tree. As you squat down into the earth. Drawing nutrients up in the meditation. If you want more love in your life.


Or you can imagine money sprouting on the leaves if you want more financial success your way. Like you can do Reiki to bring things your way when you channel the energy. You can do the same with gym magick! Think how you can mix this meditation up!

Gym magick sea meditation for calming-

If you're doing gym magick for a manifesting or result, I probably suggest doing it when no one else is around. And just on your own where you can concentrate better.

But if you're doing a moving meditation style exercise. Or just to connect to the god and/or goddess. Then you can do semi meditation at a gym with other people around.

This meditation is for the rowing machine. Basically as you're rowing and as you breath. Imagine yourself being on a beach. Imagine the sea air. Imagine the shifting waves as you go back and forth on the rowing machine. Imagine the sand under your feet. The trick is to try and disconnect from the hectic noise around you. And try to be in the moment as much as possible.

It's not as hard as it sounds. Often when I'm at the gym, and spending an hour on the bike, at first you're aware of things around you. But then after a while you start to disconnect from the physical. And you start to become more aware of your inner world.

This sea exercise can aid your psychic intuition. And help attune more into spirits. Remember fitness is just as beneficial as many meditations anyway!

And you can use the same technique on the bike or the running machine. And imagine different scenery. Say imagine you're climbing a mountain or in a forest. One of the first step psychics use to develop their skills is becoming more in touch and more aware of their imagination! Play around with this exercise!!

And you can even use a similar method. But a more advanced method in this: visualing as you're on, say, the bike or a treadmill...see yourself connecting to a god or goddess. Just imagine the god/dess being with you or standing in front of you as you're doing your work on the treadmill. And imagine yourself talking to them perhaps in your head or softly out loud. You never know what they might tell you? Or you can just say as you start out and directly after you finish. Make you fitness session as an offering to say Morrigan or Athena. Or a god like Thor or Tyr?

Magical formulas-

I like to join some of those exercises together. When I do gym magick, and these are called formulas.

Which leads me onto the exercise- Set aside time on your own when you won't be disturbed.

This is a bicep and tricep session to heal sexual trauma. And restore balance between the divine masculine and divine feminine energies.

Here the magical formula is adding dips and push ups together.

So dips, being a tricep exercise, activates the divine feminine energies.

And push ups activate the divine masculine energies.

As you do push ups, you can imagine a colour representing a masculine energy like gold or blue. Filling you as a ball of light. As you do the push ups.

Then as you do dips, imagine a feminine colour like silver or pink. Filling you as a ball of light representing that colour. Do as many dips or push ups as your intuition tells you to do. Or as many as you feel comfortable with.

And in between each exercise do hip rotations. Which is a stretching, warm-up based exercise. Standing upwards and making circles with your hips. And imagine the circular movements you are making with your hip. Cleaning and rejuvenating your sexual energy system. Bringing inner and outer healing.


And don't forget to touch the ground when you finish to ground out any excess energy into the earth.

That's one example of a formula.

And about colours in another example. Say if you are doing push ups for instance. Different colours have different energy signatures to them. As you go down in the push up position and you imagine yourself drawing green energy up. That would be different to red energy.

Red might symbolise love and is quite a fiery energy. But green is more earth-like, grounding you to the earth. Perhaps representing finances and money.

Different colours have different energies to them. Which is the basics of colour magick.

Here's a list of colours to give you a better idea-

White- The element of spirit, self and purification.

Pink- Friendship, matters of the heart.

Green- Physical health, material/financial success. Prosperity.

Orange- psychic energy, focus. Clarity.

Brown- grounding, stability.

Blue- Tranquility, spirituality. Spiritual energy.

Black- Ending, protection. Binding.

Yellow- mental health. Bringing in inspiration.

Red- passion, love. Vitality, sexual energy.

Purple- Gaining power over issues or problems. Magical energy.


Here's another formula-

The abs is a high energy point. And I find is one of the best parts of the body to use in gym magick used for manifesting.

But remember often in gym magick less is more. And sometimes you might need to repeat the spell several times. Remember, little magical acts!

First, think about what you want to bring about. Keep it in your mind as you start doing mountain climbers on the floor. As you're in push up position thrust your legs back and forth. Trying maintain a straight back. As you imagine the energy generating from your midsection. And keeping goal/ manifestation in your mind as you're doing this.

And it's probably best to concentrate on manifesting smaller things at first. As they stand more chance of manifesting

And also it's probably best to keep your intention simple. A word like- Knowledge of strength.

Now after doing the mountain climbers move straight into burpies, going down and jumping up to the sky. This time you're imagining reaching your intention up to the sky. As you hold that intention in your mind, do as many reps as you feel necessary.

Afterwards touch the floor to ground off any excess energy.

One personal technique for grounding I often do in gym magic is doing a few push ups. Imagining any excess energy being grounded into the earth.

Remember, perhaps the hardest thing about gym magick is. As I said in the previous post. Is seeing your fitness routine as a spiritual act in the first place. But just even keeping in your mind as you are doing your fitness session that you're taking a moment to connect to the gods. And connect to your spiritual practice. Well, that is a spell in itself. Remember that!
